Consequently, these agencies come from both metropolitan areas as well as small towns and rural areas. The conference includes a trade show with nearly 100 companies exhibiting, timely education programs, various opportunities for networking, and much company involvement.

Keynote: Creating High Performance in Sales, Glenn Bill
Glenn started in sales at the age of 19 and quickly became the top salesperson in his market and who he is today. How did he do this? How did the youngest salesperson in the office become a top producer in his office, the region, the nation and the world. Glenn will share the lessons of his sales career and his five pillars of sales which he created in his Sales Program and soon to be next #1 Best Seller: Source of Sales. Sales is life and Glenn will show everyone in the audience that no matter your title or predisposition to sales in general, we are all in the sales. He does this through his quick wit, massive amounts of experience and overwhelming insight into the psychology of emotional intelligence and influence. Hewill teach the process of sales which is to target, research, approach, engage and close the sale. This is a can’t-miss keynote with real life examples of some of the worst targeting, approaches, engagement and closes Glenn has ever witnessed in his 30 years of sales expertise.

Monetize Everything - Insuring Your Side Hustle, Kevin Amrhein

Technology has made it easy for virtually everyone to monetize virtually every moment and everything in their life. The allure of that cash - and the innovative efforts to get it - often leaves traditional insurance policies in the dust, causing uncovered claims which could easily negate those extra earnings. This course helps insurance professionals learn about evolving exposures in and coverage concerns with a culture obsessed with monetization.

This class will explore the “real world” problems with adding additional insureds to an insured’s policy. It will look at the pros and cons and briefly look at the most commonly requested additional insured endorsements from the ISO. In addition, this class will briefly dive into the “real world” problems with completing certificates of insurance.

Insurance professionals should expect three things from this Ethics course: 1) interesting data, 2) interesting dilemmas, and 3) interesting examples of things not-to-do as evidenced by real-life knuckleheads who do those things. This course features interactive case studies which will engage students to defend and/or challenge instinctive positions on a variety of issues. Lines will be drawn. Bonds will be broken. Friends will leave as enemies. You have been warned

Armed Intruder Response, Chad Stieferman
This course will teach the participants how to properly responds to an Armed Intruder in many different environments. The participants will learn the proper way to EVACUATE from the building, BARRICADE their location, & ATTACK or defend their location if contact with the intruder is made. The course will also explain how the human body responds to stress and what that means for the YOU and the INTRUDER!! You will learn ways manage your stress, so you can RESPOND to an incident and not REACT. You will learn how to use the intruders stress against him to give you a TACTICAL advantage. You will also learn techniques to improve your situational awareness to ensure you are prepared for an incident.

Glenn Bill, who received his real estate license at the age of 19, pioneered his way to the top before wisely purchasing a national franchise within four years. Through passion, vision, drive, and innate skill he applied the principals found in his book “The ABC’s of Attitude,” to grow his organization into a multi-million-dollar revenue generating company and Top 10 national franchise.

Glenn Bill has a desire to influence the youth by teaching them the values of teamwork, upward thinking, and unity. He was an assistant coach of his local high school team for over 20 years, helping lead them to 13 State Championships, an Indiana high school record.

Glenn Bill, who published the #1 International Best-Seller “The ABC’s of Attitude” with his workbook The Attitude Playbook, created the Attitude Movement to help increase unity, awareness, and realignment of attitude as a nation through action. The Attitude Movement is made up of individuals who see the challenges within our nation and focus their abilities to improve the world one attitude at a time.

Glenn Bill’s clients include Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 companies. He has also appeared and been referenced on such platform as NBC, FOX, HLN, The Indianapolis Star, and the Wall Street Journal.

John Dismukes has been involved in the insurance business since 1967. He has worked for an insurance company as a marketing representative, independent insurance agent, and served as director of education for the Independent Insurance Agents of Oklahoma from 1996 to 2000. John received his CPCU designation in 1977, his AAI designation in 1984, and his CIC designation in 1994, and his AIS designation in 2000. He has served as president of the Independent Insurance Agents of Greater Tulsa and president of the Northeastern Oklahoma Chapter of CPCU. John is a National Faculty member of The National Alliance and serves as Educational Consultant. John formed his own independent training and consulting firm in 1998, and now conducts educational seminars all over the United States. In addition, he provides consulting services, expert witness services, and insurance agency valuations to agencies and companies.

Kevin is president of the Florida Insurance School of Continuing Education (FISCE) and the CE Partnership. He started his insurance career as a marketing intern before pounding the pavement as a commercial lines agent in Orlando, FL. He is a National Faculty member for the National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research’s CIC and Certified Insurance Service Representative (CISR) programs. As an industry journalist, his articles have appeared in a variety of trade publications. His insurance television career, short-lived but quite glorious, once saw him serve as the expert adviser on an insurance-themed infomercial (yes- you read that correctly). Kevin is a graduate of the University of Central Florida. His first teaching gig was as a golf instructor where he was frequently kicked off driving ranges for giving free lessons.

Chad Stieferman is the owner of Advanced Tactical LLC and a Lieutenant with the Jefferson City Police Department. He started with the Jefferson City Police Department in 2003 and spent 13 years on the SWAT team 4 as a team leader. Chad is currently the Tactical Commander of Hostage Negotiations Chad has been a certified active shooter instructor since 2007. He holds certifications from the National Tactical Officers Association, A.L.I.C.E., Government Training Institute, Strategoes, New Mexico Tech, and Asymmetrical Solutions. Chad has been the instructor on room clearing tactics for the Jefferson City Police Department & SWAT since 2010 and has been teaching civilian active shooter response since 2013. ​

Exhibit booth selection is available to Company Partners first beginning December 1. It will open to members mid-January and non-members (if any booths remain) mid-February.

Note: There are 98 exhibit booths available and this conference typically has around 575 total attendees (280 agents, 85 wholesalers and 210 company reps). The booth hours are from 4:30-7:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21, with set-up time from 8-11 a.m. and 1-3:45 p.m. on Thursday, March 21. Company prize drawings begin at 7 p.m. The price of an exhibit booth for members is $500 by Feb. 20 and $600 after Feb. 20 and for non-members is $750. Each individual working the booth must be registered, see registration form for pricing.
