This conference offers companies, vendors and wholesalers three hours of exclusive time in front of our agents in the exhibit hall (nothing runs opposite the trade show). There are around 60 exhibitors including both p-c and l-h insurance companies, wholesalers, technology vendors, construction and auto body vendors, etc. The booth hours are from 10:15 - 1 p.m. on Thursday, July 18. Company prize drawings begin at 12:30 p.m. The price of an exhibit booth for members is $500 by early-bird and $600 after early-bird and for non-members is $750. Each individual
working the booth must be registered, see registration form for pricing. On average this conference draws around 125 agents, 40 wholesalers, 160 company reps and 60 spouses. These agents come from all size agencies in both rural and urban areas around Missouri.
Booth Cancellation and Refund Policy: A full refund will be given, provided a written cancellation notice is postmarked no later than June 18. Cancellations made from June 19 - June 25 will receive a 75 percent refund; from June 26 July 2, a 50% refund. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after July 2.
