MAIA understands when you purchase E&O insurance, you are purchasing a promise that your assets will be protected. We offer top quality standard programs for your coverage through Swiss Re, Utica and Allianz, and we also have access to additional markets.
Agency Umbrella/Excess
MAIA offers a commercial umbrella policy through Penn National that provides coverage over your E&O as well as business auto and liability coverages. Excess E&O policies are also available.
EPLI
Employment practices liability insurance policies and endorsements are available through MAIA.
Cyber Liability
MAIA offers our members an exclusive program to help protect their agencies from information security breaches. This program through Beazley is a holistic risk management process that will help train your staff on privacy compliance in addition to handling data breach notification and third party suits.
