About the Conference
CSRs are vital to the success of any agency. This event was developed around the specific needs and unique skill set of CSRs from any sized agency.
This conference is typically held in early November at the MAIA Headquarters in Jefferson City. It begins on Thursday morning and runs until around 4:00 p.m. with sessions geared toward CSRs and fun activities to promote networking and teamwork. It continues on Friday with more sessions developed specifically for CSRs and their unique skill set.
