Insurance Legislation

The Missouri Association of Insurance Agents actively represents the interests of its member agents—and their clients—in the Missouri Legislature. MAIA is also an advocate of independent agents and their customers before judicial bodies and Missouri regulatory bodies, such as the Department of Insurance and Division of Workers’ Compensation.
