E&O Seminars & Fall Roadshows

MAIA offers E&O seminars that qualify for a credit for Swiss Re, Utica and Allianz E&O policies.

E&O Seminars

E&O seminars can help members reduce their E&O exposure based on real-life examples from other agencies, including some recent E&O cases. The courses are taught by experienced instructors who have worked in the insurance and/or the legal profession. Classes are typically held in March in Columbia, in the fall at various locations around the state, and there are also webinars throughout the year.

Fall roadshows

Each fall, we combine an E&O seminar with our Agency Compliance Luncheon to present our Fall Roadshows at various locations around the state, as well as online. The Agency Compliance Luncheon covers new laws, regulations and other industry developments that affect you, your customers and your business – information you really need to know. They are available to MAIA members only and are for principals, producers, CSRs or any licensed agency staff.

Continuing Education

E&O classes are generally filed for 3 CE credits and the Agency Compliance Seminar is filed for 1 CE credit in Missouri and Kansas.
