  • Earn a 5% credit on your premium by attending approved courses, and earn an additional 5% by meeting certain other requirements

  • Coverage for a claim by an entity or individual which is wholly or partially owned, operated, managed or controlled by the insured; did wholly or partially own, operate, manage or control; or is wholly under the same ownership, operation, management or financial control as the insured provided the percentage of partial ownership, operation, management or control is 10% or less
  • Reduction of your deductible (Diminishing Deductible) as a result of current continuous claims free years of coverage; up to 50% credit of your deductible

Does your agency not fit into our three standard E&O carrier programs? No worries. Many agencies either specialize or market varied insurance products that make their needs more tailored to E&O carriers that can cover their unique needs.

In addition to our Swiss Re, Utica and Allianz programs, MAIA has access through its brokerage arrangements to coverage through numerous financially-strong carriers. These carriers write many insurance agencies that just don't fit into our other programs.

Because we have a large book of insurance agents errors and omissions insurance, we have excellent relationships with our markets. As your advocate, we can often negotiate better terms with the insurance carriers and offer outstanding coverage options.
