Joint Leadership & Young Agents Conference
In 2014, the Leadership Conference and the Young Agents Conference were changed so that the two conferences would run concurrently.
The Leadership portion of this event is designed for any insurance professional who guides the insurance career of another. The Young Agents portion is for producers who are 40 or under.
The conference has two education tracks, one geared toward owner/principals or managers and the other geared toward young agents.
Typically, the conference starts on Wednesday morning with an optional golf tournament, and runs until Friday morning with a mix of education sessions, keynote session, trade show and the installation and awards banquet.
This conference offers companies, vendors and wholesalers two time frames in front of our agents in the exhibit hall. There are historically around 60 exhibitors including both p-c and l-h insurance companies, wholesalers, technology vendors, construction and auto body vendors, etc.
Historically on average this conference draws around 125 agents, 40 wholesalers, 160 company reps and 60 spouses. These agents come from all size agencies in both rural and urban areas around Missouri.
